Recently done a trade in at s.w automotive and i can honestly say its been the best experience I've had buying a car.. Steve is a very nice guy to deal with, no pressure, good trade in value on old car. I would highly recommend that you try this place when looking for a new car. I will happily drive 3 and half he next time I want new car

My partner just recently purchased his car from Steve, Great Service and car was fully valeted. No hastle at all, he does everything he can to make sure you are happy before purchasing the car. Excellent communication and very responsive to calls/txts. Would not hesitate to buy from Steve again. Would highly recommend.

What a pleasure it was to deal with Steve, no pushy sales pitch just a genuine guy with a love for cars. Love the fact you get to see the car as he bought it before any work carried out. Mentioned to me when I picked up car there had been an issue. Issue returned and was fixed without any issues and at very expensive cost to Steve. Highly recommended buying a car from Steve.

Dealing with SW Automotive was easy no pushy sale man just an enthusiast. You just need to look at some of the rare car's he has. I have had my car for just over a year and it just sailed through an mot. Only an enthusiast can pick these gems. Thank you Stevie

I was on the lookout for a new car and saw a few before finding S.W. Automotive, went and viewed the car and from speaking with Steve, I knew pretty much right away I wanted to buy a car from him.

The car had no MOT at time of viewing, but Steve said he would put it through this and fix any issues and also any advisories, he was true to his word. Got the car looking great with zero advisories.

He was also extremely patient while I waited on sorting money together, didn't rush me at all and was a pleasure to deal with through it all.

When the time comes and I'm looking for my next car, S.W. Automotive will be my first stop.

What can i say, had a superb buying experience. Steve went out of his way to accommodate me, which included coming back into work late last night to allow me to pick up the Kuga. Steve was very friendly and honest, and has a passion for cars. No sales pitch what so ever from Steve, an interesting chat about fun fast cars whilst myself and my partner looked over the car. Any niggles ( hardly any ) were then rectified before collecting the vehicle the next evening. All car sales should be done this way.

Hey Steve, sorry it took me so long to post this review. Can't thank you enough for the fantastic service when I bought my old Volvo S80 back in August to drive to Spain.

There were a couple of minor issues which were sorted out just after purchase and 10000 miles later, the car is still going strong.

I can't recommend SW automotive enough. Don't think it matters to Steve whether you spend a thousand pound or 10000 thousand. He just wants you to be happy with the purchase. Just how all car garages should be. Awesome service from a great guy! :)

A completely different car buying experience. Steve knows and loves his cars and this comes over in his sales process. Helpful, not pushy and a service second to none. I know where I will be car hunting in the future.
The Audi TT was stunning when I collected it. Steve had fitted a full set of new tyres despite them only being advisory on the MOT! That's what I call customer service and honesty!

Can't thank Steve enough for his service. After trailing several dealers and listening to salesmen trying to talk the talk and sell me inappropriate vehicles, it was a relief to find Steve. No pushy sales techniques, just a guy who is knowledgeable and passionate about motors. My BMW X5 was given a major service, mot, new tyres and the front and back bumpers were given a respray ( certainly not what I was expecting on buying a used car). The whole process was quick, easy and stress free. Highly recommend Steve, and will certainly be back in a few of years when it's time for an upgrade.
