In response to your reply to Kelly below, your statements are incorrect!

This is Kelly's partner, and one yes I agreed to accept (not happily) for a £700 contribution to the bill as you offered nothing else. Two: after the issues I had with this car why on heavens earth would I trust your advice on someone fixing my car as I'd imagine it would be the one carried out MOT?? And three: this car broke down just after 4 weeks of driving this out your garage - not 8 months. Kelly contacted your garage and spoke to you personally at the end of June then again in July!! Told both times nothing to do with you and there's nothing you could do. It took us 8 months to be able to pay for the cost hence the reason in delay. And yes I do wonder why a dealer paid 8 months after when they didn't have to - guilty conscious maybe???

And yes of course any ongoing issues are taken up with the garage who carried out the repairs - baring in mind these are new issues!! Just like when Kelly came to Alan after buying the car and you offered no help! Your responses on here are very much the same to any issues! I find that very hard to believe anyone would come on here with false issues and you give the same response on how this is very much not the case! Face it your garage is a rip off with zero customer service of after sales.

Honestly everyone avoid!!

Please please please what ever you do do not buy a car from here. It simply is the worst garage / customer service I have ever dealt with in my life!!!
I bought a car in May 2016. My partner test drove it and the engine management light was on how ever it still was going to garage for MOT. I collected the car (no light on) all looks good. Drove down the motor way and noticed a chip on the left hand side of the windscreen. We couldn't prove it was there when we picked it up but ABSOLUTELY nothing happened in the 10-15 within driving. We were unable to put the radio on as it had not been connected up, drove straight to friends house and they advised we had a back light out! To save time hassell I drove to Halfords they connected the radio and sorted the light out!! I was a little frustrated to say the least tho!
Anyway we drove the car from May - June with no obvious problems. No accidents happened in this time or anything I can report or issues that would have caused damage to the car. My partner calls me the end of June 2016 to say the noise coming from it was like a tractor and black smoke coming from the exhaust. He automatically assumed this is an engine fault (knows a bit about cars but not to trade). We were unable to drive this car AT ALL! We got a mechanic to look at this car who said it was clearly an engine problem and would cost a fair whack to fix. We only had this car 6 weeks so I called the garage and was told it wasn't there fault, I couldn't prove it was there when I got it, they are not liable as only the first 1000 miles or within 30 days are they liable. They offered absolutely no help,m and said I should seek the advice of another mechanic. The owner is very patronising. I was advised that if I could get the car to the garage (close to them that do there Repairs) they would have a look at it! I called them he didn't have much nice to say about T2T cars. I simply couldn't afford to have this transported and no one was taking responsibility. This car coast me £11,500.
It lay in my driveway until Nov 2016 and I was unable to use this and used public transport to get to my work, my insurance didn't cover this either!! I had to save in order for this car to go into a garage to have it fixed. I called the owner of T2T cars who spoke to me as if I was an idiot female that new nothing about cars! He bascailky said "what is it you want me to do" and I asked him to foot the bill, help towards the bill. I went on and on and he hung up on me!! Fuming at this stage and I did try and be reasonable considering the above some would say I had the patients of a saint!! I called my partner who is definitely not as reasonable as me. He called the garage and by the time the call was finished the owner offered to pay £700. The total bill to have the engine fixed was £4200!! I called a dealer garage of the make of the car and they abused for the age of the car under 40,000 miles it was very highly unlikely that it just packed in! However this was no help to the bill I had to pay. The garage that fixed the car advised there was more repairs required but I simply couldn't afford to pay for these. In Feb this year that car packed in again (bearing in kind I had drove this car 3 months in a total 8 owing it) and it went back to the garage for repairs. I got the car back in March and in May the car stopped working again with more repairs required and is still currently in the garage. The car has been off road more than I have had to drive it! I had to leave my job recently as I could not travel by public transport anymore due to times / childcare issues and I cannot afford another vechile as I'm still tied into another 3 years finance. I cannot stress however stressful and experience this has been for me.
I can see by the other reviews as well there is more bad than good! So that says it all. HOWEVER DESPERATE YOU ARE PLEASE AVOID THIS GARAGE!!!!!!! I gave this garage 1 star as there was no option for 0!!

Bought a car from here around 2 years ago.

I test drove the car but wasn't allowed to leave the industrial estate, not that I would have got much further as there was barely any fuel in the tank.
The dealer was visibly angered when I didn't take their finance despite a complete refusal to negotiate on price.
I asked if they would fill the tank ready for collection, I was told they had 'chucked a tenner in' but the range showed less than 5 miles so I had to nurse the car to the nearest petrol station which was at least a couple of miles away.
After filling up I joined the motorway to discover a bad vibration, the front brakes and bushes were shot and needed to be replaced straight away costing around £500.
I find all of the above completely unacceptable on a £10k purchase.

I've just bought a car from Alan at T2T, made more complicated by my living over 5 hours drive away from their showroom. Alan was very honest about the condition of the car and was happy to spend time on the phone answering the many questions I had. An AA inspection was easy to arrange, and Alan sorted delivery of the car to me at a time to suit. Excellent communication throughout, and totally professional, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend T2T and can only think some negative reviewers have mixed them up with a different business.

I bought my first ever car from here in February.
Was assisted by Kieran, who is an absolute credit to the place, there was no pressure, he was friendly and professional, had a great knowledge and offered great advice, perfect in terms of customer service.
The turn around for getting my car was fast and efficient, 7 months later it is still driving like a dream and I am very happy to report I have had no real issues with it!

I would like to thank the team at T2T car sales. I bought a lovley white hyundai santa fe from they about 6 weeks ago and the car is a dream drives great and was priced great i would go back again no problem

Dirt. Sold a car filled with problems worth more than the car at £999.99 . Contacted them 1 hour after buying it. Turns out warranty isn't available on cars under £1000. 1 pence in it. T2T owner refused refund or any help whatsoever towards repair, patronisingly sighed when I called to report the problem and continued this demeanour throughout the call. After my experience and reading other customers reviews and this guys replies its easy to see hes at it. Clinical levels of scum. Car is scrapped.

Well bought a Subaru of these boys called to leave a deposit told they've drove it and drives fine ETC etc, Being a garage left deposit and sent a driver to collect. Car was advertised and hpi check confirmed private plate on car once collected they had removed plate in between me leaving deposit and collecting, car had 12 months mot god knows how lights don't work brakes and beyond dangerous. There was a side skirt missing diffs goosed boot full of rags as it leaks in so bad told big BHP nope doesn't even boost proper put some bull s**t on receipt for my driver to cover there ass no logbook as they'd removed my plate once deposit left. Asked them at time for discount as I'd left a decent deposit and the plate and side skirt hadn't been mentioned in he sale this was before I found all the other faults once in receipt of the car, told you've left a deposit tuff take car or lose your money, wouldn't buy anything of these again absolute clowns.

IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY ABSOLUTE RUBBISH IM A TRADER MYSELF AND SAVED THE ADD LISTING AND THE PICTURES AND YOUR TOTAL RESPONSE IS UTTER LIES FROM START TO FINISH THE PLATE WAS NEVER EVER MENTIONED AS REMOVED OR NOT BELONGING TO YOURSELF!! NO PARTS WERE SHOWN MISSING !! THE CAR WAS NOT!! LISTED AS SPARES OR REPAIR AS IT SHOULD OF BEEN.

FURTHERMORE THE DEPOSIT WAS NEVER OFFERED BACK

The age of the vehicle makes absolutely no odds TO if a listing is factual or not clearly dangerous and not road worthy yet sold with an MOT which you will probably say had nothing to do with yourself but people aren't stupid

Cowboys with smiles,don't take a chance with anything he sells, my purchase had been plugged with radweld, which isn't covered by his warranty, so if you plan to buy a good reliable car then go somewhere else.
