Formed in 2010, we are a Hertfordshire based business offering a range of independent inventory services to both letting agents, private landlords and commercial clients. Having worked as letting agents ourselves, the company was born from a frustration at the lack of high quality, modern inventory services available to us. In response, we have used our shared backgrounds and experience in a variety of fields to create our company from the ground up with you, the agent, in mind.
We work with the property sector to provide a range of Inventory related services. All our services including Inventories, Check-In Reports, Check out Reports and Interim Inspections include a full written report, extensive photographs (when applicable) and a high definition video as standard. The video is perfect for long-distance and overseas landlords and has been warmly recieved. We work closely with the DPS to insure that we have covered everything within our reports so if there is a dispute we have provided clear and accurate information for the DPS to make a decision. Our comprehensive reports greatly reduce time-consuming disputes, saving you time and money.
