Nearly always he will be able to price match or even beat other LSPs. Post-booking stage, TS send regular updates on ETA, loading and transit times and on the odd occasion delays or disruptions in transit, however I have not yet had any deliveries with where cargo has not reached end destination within the requested time frame.
