value for money ,first time in Taco Bell ,staff so friendly .great food on the go ,will be back .yummy .

Went last night and the staff were extremely friendly, the food took a little while to make but that’s because it is made to order. The food we had was really tasty and reasonably priced too, I just wish there was one in my hometown of Newcastle!

Went for the 1st time earlier, my boy got the big bell box and a cheesy double taco thing, he loved it! Already planning his next visit �

We ordered a fajita burrito but it didn’t have any peppers and not a lot of cheddar cheese with hardly any sour cream.



It was nice to try, but fall very short of the real thing in the USA.

We came to taco bell on tues before going to a show in theatre royal. My self and my daughter really enjoyed it. We will be visiting again next time were in glasgow shopping

Thanks for Taco Bell to stay free of halal meats, as we can’t find Mexican food that is halal free,

Really like this place the staff are really sound. Was a bit slow the first time I went but think that was just due to it being brand new and very busy. But every time I go it's quicker and quicker. The volcanic chicken double decker is amazing and good value too £1.59 not like those shitty American candy shops charging a fiver for a packet of crisps.

Omg...it was brilliant.. Love it.. First time trying it..guy in the kitchen was very helpful.. Only complaint was the girl that was serving on the tills was ..Rude..standing with her back to the wall working the till..no people skills..

Loved it would taco � again . Even though it’s busy all the time it’s of no fault of the staff it’s very popular and worth the wait

I visited yesterday with my fiance. We both had the box meals which gives you a burrito, taco and choice of chips or doritos. I chose the cheesy topped chips which i highly recommend. The staff are nice and friendly. We were served quickly and only had a small wait for our food. Food was delicious. Will definitely be returning soon.

I love a Taco bell. Welcome to Scotland. Was very impressed. The food was lovely. Nice sized portions. Very small shop. I would be better if it was bigger as it very a bit claustrophobic with the lunchtime rush. Didnt put me off though. It was lovely.

Food was lovely, great value for money, all staff were very cheery, our server was a girl called Zoe who was very smiley and so helpful . She went out her way to help us, give us information on products and I just want her to receive some recognition for making our 1st experience at Taco Bell a fab one. x

First time trying here tonight, was really looking forward to it, did not disappoint at all. Wasn’t sure wot to order n things like that. Spoke to the lassie at the counter and she was very helpful, made a few suggestions and I was on my way with my order. My only complaint was I didn’t order more. Service was great, food was fantastic. Defos recommend and defos be back.

Amazing! Portion sizes were great for price, price itself was brilliant compared to other food places and the quality was top class! Did not have a long wait, food was very fresh and temperature was perfect, didn't have to wait for it to cool. Place looked clean and staff were friendly. Would recommend!

We had a decent experience food was tasty and plentiful, thought it was brilliant value for money only grumble was the pace of service one girl on the till and seemed like a team of folk in the back. Sure it’s just teething issues we will be back.

My first visit to taco bell was brill. It was very busy at lunch time but the queue went down quickly. We ordered meal for 2 to try a bit of everything and it all tasted delicious. All staff were rushed off their feet! I'll definitely be back �

I ordered a meal that consisted of

* Beef Taco

* Chicken Burrito

* Fries

* churros

* Drink

The chips are superb, coating similar to Nandos, I liked the Burrito but, ironically, didn't really like the taco .. it broke apart really easily & most if it's contents ended up in the platter they served the food in.

Churros were delicious.

The place itself was clean & tidy & I liked thst it had charging points dotted about the seats .. practical.

Overall, I enjoyed my visit & would happily go back, just a shame it's quite far up Sauchiehall St but we all need the exercise.

Fab food, really busy though so no seats. Will go back and hopefully the new mad rush will have settled down. The chicken quesadilla are to die for.

Visited yesterday whilst out shopping. My niece and I had been looking forward to visiting Taco Bell since we heard one was opening in Glasgow. We found the food to be good and very tasty and also good value for money. The staff were great although at one point there was only one woman on the tills and the place was quite busy. My order was ready really quickly but my niece, who ordered before me, waited long but we think this was due to the fact she asked for no tomatoes on her order. As I mentioned it was quite busy but we did manage to get a table. On a more negative note the seating area was very messy due to the fact the bins were full and trays stacked up on top so people had no option but to leave their trays at tables, maybe having a staff member front of counter could help this? Also the condiments had almost all ran out and only the hottest sauce was available (which after trying wasn’t to hot lol) so again maybe having a dedicated front of counter staff member to replenish this along with keeping the area litter free and bins emptied would be a good idea.

Very disappointed as having visited the chain in the USA, I was looking forward to going.



35 minutes wait for food not a good start and the food wasn't up to the standard for Taco Bell.



Staff at the front were great, felt sorry for them for what they have to deal with.

Love love love Taco Bell after a night out but tonight’s food was cold whereas quesadillas are meant to be warm and crispy. Mines was freezing and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The only good part of tonight’s food was the chips which are always dyno.

Good for some mexican style fast food. They really need to put labels on their burritos. I'm a vegetarian and my partner is lactose intolerant. We ordered ones to suit our dietary requirements but when our order number was called and we sat at our table, there was no indication for which was which. Irresponsible and I will be lodging a complaint about that.



Once food was identified, it was satisfactory. The fries were really nice.



I will come again at some point but my partner will not.

Food was ok ordered the meal for two. The place was mobbed as per other reviews no seats and loads of trash left and food waste all over floor in the kitchen.



What I found astonishing is the size of the place. It’s tiny!!

You would think they might have done some homework before selecting this as their first store north of the border. Surely there must have been somewhere bigger in the city centre ��

Food is good when your sitting in, but that's twice now I have got it to take away and when I get home there's always stuff missing, should really look at the orders properly and double check everything is there

We ordered the meal for two and also a chicken burrito. The food was pretty much cold and was so so bland. I wouldnt go back.

We drove all the way here from Aberdeen after having this in Cyprus a couple of years ago and craving it ever since.



Wasn’t good at all and what a waste of a drive. We ordered 2 chicken Crunchwrap supremes. 1 came with beef rather than chicken, they forgot our drinks. The wraps when you picked them up weren’t wrapped so it went everywhere. We asked for plain fries they gave us with cheese. Wasn’t nice at all!

Waited 30 minutes for our food on hogmanany and had to leave before the food was ready as our taxi arrived. I think we would have been waiting a while longer.



The girl I requested my refund from was really nice and actually gave me some chips on the house which was appreciated - so thanks! The front of house were working really hard and I will go back at some point to actually try the food.

I want to love it so bad, but it's pretty awful. Been 3 times since it opened so far and all 3 times I've waited a minimum of 20 minutes on food, even if no one else was in queue in front of me. Tonight we waited 30 mins after ordering, the burritos were AWFUL. Hardly any rice, mostly mushy beans and sour cream � I didn't even finish mine, that's how I know that you got a problem. The burd serving me was coughing and spluttering all over me, after she had finished catching up on the latest gossip aff her colleague, at the till, in front of a queue of half a dozen people waiting to order. I've been to Taco Bell before, having lived in Manchester (one of the few cities to have a TB in the UK) for 4 years so I know the quality to expect and you just ain't delivering.

I ordered the nachos supreme (without meat). The guacamole was frozen and I bit down to unpleasantly find a massive chunk of cold, squishy ground beef in the guacamole. As a vegetarian, it was disgusting and very unsettling. There needs to be better standards for food quality. If I had had an allergy I could have gotten very ill. Very disappointed as a long time fan of Taco Bell, won't be back again at this location.

First visit disappointing. Waited ages, food dry and boring. Pepsi seriously disgusting.

Not good value for money.

Disappointed to order and pay for a beer which is still advertised to be then told they have lost their license

Was very dissatisfied today: we tried to have our lunch there, and member of staff told us that due to some unforeseen circumstances branch will be closed up till 3PM. We decided to wait for 2h. When we came back, some other member of staff in very rude manner told that the they are closed up till 6. Very disappointed.....

The place is a disorganised shambles. I placed my order reasonably easily enough then had to wait 34 minutes to be told that my food was now ready.

There were 6 members of staff “working” so they weren’t exactly short staffed.

This was my first visit to the Glasgow Taco Bell and after waiting 34 minutes for essentially “fast food” and think it’ll be my last visit.

So ridiculous letting people queue for 20 minutes to tell them they have no chips, chicken, cream etc. Why is there not someone on the door telling people this before wasting their time? The queue is obviously massive because people have their order decided and then on the spot after 20 mins have to change it. Poor management.

Seems to be struggling to get the basics right at the moment. 30 minute waiting time minimum, dirty tables everywhere, staff more interested in chatting/gossiping than actually serving customers, it seemed like pandemonium with not that many customers and lack of management/leadership in the place. I can now see why Sly Stallone turned his nose up at the place in the film Demolition Man :p

Poor. Five minute wait to order but 25 mins for food which was lukewarm. Trays of rubbish everywhere and a huge crowd of raging customers also waiting on grub. Really disappointed, I very much wanted to like it.

Ordered two cheese quesadilla's advertised as vegetarian and realised as eating into them they had chicken in them! I know most people don't care but it's the principle, it was sold as vegi! Will not be back p
