Service desk has issues.

I booked my Range Rover Sport Overfinch into have a problem with the reversed camera rectified on the 5th of May & I had my car returned back to me informing me there was a problem with one of the parking sensors ( unfixed ) and it would have to be returned in the near future to be fixed.

I returned my car on the 19th in order to resolve the issue However the wrong parts were ordered at numerous times and I had to repeatedly phone to see if my pride and joy was ready to be picked up without an updated from the service department.

I was eventually informed on the 26th that my car was fixed (a week later) and was getting valeted as we speak & could be collected later on that day. Therefor I drove in traffic for over an hour to go and pick my car up when I got there I had to wait 30 mins the was taken out to get my car.

The car was covered on the rear bumper with oily finger prints and was extremely dirty inside and out ( more dirtier than went in) they took it to be washed on the outside ( not inside ) so wasted more time. I left and thought I would test the car in reverse and it had the exact same problem as it did when it went in wasting more time driving back to tell the service department.

I was informed it would be picked up today the 30th & a courtesy car dropped off (with no communication from service I phoned on the 29th to ensure all was in place for today & what were there plans).

Now i was told there is no courtesy car to give me & my car will have to be booked in again next coming until Monday 5th of June I feel this service is abysmal
