Shockingly bad customer service and sales management is incompetent.

Woefully inadequate customer service from the service team. Have just moved to the area and as a long standing Volvo driver (purchased 2 XC60's March 17) was looking for a local dealer for servicing and new car purchases down the line. First time I've used this dealership and will never use them again. Poor communication, unhelpful staff attitude and an indifference that just beggars belief.

Shocking place.

Mechanics are amateurs.

General staff are arrogant, snidey and will go out of they're way to try and rip you off with spurious charges.

Top notch dealer, staff very helpful and explain everything, they also go out of their way to help. Main dealer so got to agree it can be a little expensive although high quality servicing and after sales care.

Been using for four years now with two different Volvo's.
