Take Steps Personal Fitness Description
Ten years ago my son Alex told his teacher that my hobby was ironing. That was my 'lightbulb' moment and I knew I had to make some changes in my life. I started to run with the help of a very patient friend, and 10 months later I completed the Great North Run. I was fitter, lighter, healthier and most importantly I was no longer the Mum who just did the ironing! This lead to a passion for running and fitness in general and eventually I re-trained as a level 3 Personal Trainer so I could share my passion with others. The idea behind Take Steps Personal Fitness is simple - it is to provide help and support to people with busy lives who want to get fitter and lose weight, just as my friend supported me when I started to run. All training programmes are tailored to suit your needs and there are no fad diets, just good nutritional advice.
