TpL are a roadsurfacing company who specialise in tarmac & asphalt laying, we work on numerous successful contracts throughout Scotland and some parts of England. Our Portfolio includes Road Surfacing projects of all types and sizes including Utility reinstatements for the water & gas industry, Local Roads, Car Parks and Private Residential Developments, local authorities. Other projects include, Civil Engineering works involving hard landscaping, temporary fencing, drainage works, installation of flag poles & bollards, block paving.
