Cute place good coffee very limited space no toilet.

Known for its excellent coffee. Bear in mind Taste is very small so don't assume you will be sitting in! Popular among students and academic staff.

Good coffee and pastries but a small place so service can be slow if 5-6 people descend at once and all order multiple cappuccinos.

Delicious Pastries and nice well made coffee. All you need for a sweet break! Gentle staff. It is a very very cosy place.

I visited for a coffee and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff were polite and the drinks were inexpensive in my opinion. One thing to watch out for is they deal only in cash.

Absolutely love this place for cake (rosemary's baby cake--rosemary, olive oil, chocolate chips is the best), but my coffee always seems to be burnt by their machine.

Always a cheerful place to go for good coffee or hot chocolate. Would avoid on the hour visits if you are not a fan of queues but there are queues everywhere then, so go! Enjoy! Nom! Yummy vegan items to boot. Seed cakes, brownies, soy milk, and more.

2 weeks ago I went to this place.

The drinks are okay and the place is cosy but the staff needs a bit of training I must say as first the batista did not ask me whether I wanted to drink in or take away and she put my drink in a paper cup!

By the way she asked the people before me and after me, which seemed a bit strange really, hope she forgot only!

Frankly the best coffee in town. Excellent staff provide a personal service.

Definitely the best coffee in town with great paninis as well. The only negative is that it's tiny, getting a seat can be changeling at times.
