The best Chinese restaurant! Me and my 4 friends have been going for 15 years for our birthday celebrations.....We love it with great service and food. You can't go wrong

Such a good take away. I've never been to the restaurant but the take away food is restaurant quality. Salt and chilli chip and salt and chilli ribs are amazing. Great service too, staff are always really nice and delivery is great too.

Smaller menu than many a high st Chinese restaurant but exceptional quallity and frequented by Chinese people. Good sign.

Recommended by a Chinese friend who lives locally so I had to try. I live near Pathhead but definitely worth the trip for a tasty take away. Best Chinese I have had since moving to Scotland three years ago. Can't wait to have another take away - maybe I will win the competition!

Ordered ready when I went to pick it up. Sweet and sour chicken lovely, tho can't see the point of peppers in it. Beef and tomato good. Fried rice best I have had.

My favorite take away of all time, highly recommend food is delicious and staff are very friendly and polite , I love how the kitchen is always busy and you can see chef's at work.

I usually order the takeaway which is good but we dined in the restaurant last night. What a difference! Absolutely fantastic food and really attentive service. They even threw us out politely after we massively outstayed our welcome. Excellent.

Gave up eating Chinese food cos my side of town they are all rancid , wish taste good would open up on the east side cos I love there veg chow main , and the other have had shredded chill beef and noddles says it was awesome , recommend this Chinese as a very good takeaway x

Best shredded chicken with chilli you will ever taste!! Different but amazing! Order every week and ask for extra chilli since we love spice! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the food, friendly and efficient staff, nice wee booth, lovely modern decor. Aye it was a good visit. Definitely be heading back.

Food ok nothing to rave about prices high very tight no free prawn crackers or anything with high orders unlike other Chinese places that give you them free after orders over ten pound used to love food there but not best now

We have been regular takeaway customers at Taste Good for a good number of years as at last we found a Chinese takeaway that we loved and raved about albeit it was a bit more expensive than others and we didn’t get any extras like free delivery or free prawn crackers. We recommended Taste Good to all our friends. Like others recently we have seen a decline in the taste and value of the takeaway menu. The meal we had tonight, shredded chicken with chilli, lemon chicken and beef with mushroom was tasteless and soggy, and definitely over priced.

Sorry Taste Good time for another one of your loyal customers to look for a different Chinese takeaway.

Just had a order get boiled rice that is rancid when asked for fried rice. The guy on the phone we dont do fried rice anymore.

Your food was rotten tonight , this has happened before , but to be honest it's normally great , but ordered the same ad usuall, chicken was awful , have you changed ownership ?

We had been going here for years as used to really like it, but recently the quality of food and what you order and receive has been getting worse. Had to phone again at the weekend after placing an order to be delivered. We were charged for things we didn’t order, received things we didn’t order and what we did order was mucked up!



Phoned and explained that this over recent months was not a one off and spoke with a ‘manager’ who was rude and down right cheeky. I queried the fact that one of the sauce dishes contained nuts, which we received instead of what we asked for and what would happen if someone had a nut allergy. “It would be your fault for not telling us”! How do you work that out? If I had, which I don’t have an allergy I wouldn’t order something with nuts in it, so wouldn’t feel the need to tell you because what I ordered didn’t have it in it, what they provided did.

Incredible and have to say he topped it off by saying “maybe you shouldn’t come back”. Absolutely won’t be back and will ensure others know how bad it has become. A business that thinks it’s too big! Very poor

This is a disgrace of a place waited 2 1/2 hours for a delivery when i phoned up to find out what happened was told the driver turned up and i was not in he phoned me and went straight to voice mail my phone was not in use at any time and i was not out the house and my window is only about 4 feet from the door simple knock on window would also get my attention then was accused of lying when i asked what about the Chinese gentleman (not) just hung up the phone very rude man just like the rude man when i ordered the meal would rate this as a - but can only rate it as a 0 star as there is no lower rating possible feel free to get in touch for all the facts as they will lie to you David
