Hiya 🤪 it's been a busy time getting ready to open the craft shed for the season. New signage and labels ready, paintings getting some finishing touches, linocut cards printed and packaged, soaps made and ready to pack, woolly things made, candles to make...The rest of Rum is caught up in the same little whirlwind before the ferry timetables change and visitor season starts. Exciting time 😊 (thank you Sean Morris for allowing me to use some of your fab photos to paint from!)

Hi folks! It's a (rare) lovely warm and sunny day on the Isle of Rum, hope it's as nice where you are :)
Back to making beach treasures :)
A peek at what this year's candles look like :) They are made from natural soy wax, hand poured in small batches and burn for 30(+) Hours. For now they are available in four gorgeous fragrances; Brown Sugar & Fig, Raspberry & Vanilla, Evergreen & Berries and Honey Bee Sweet. £8 each, and just for a while...two for £15 or three for £20.

What a wonderful range of brilliantly finished craft items for sale in a cute little shed. We bought a gorgeous red toned crochet hat and a drift wood plaque with a pyrography landscape and painted oyster catcher ..... gorgeous. Thanks Kate
