Going by some of the comments on here,there must be two Taylor's Auctions in Montrose....the excellent one I've frequented for many years,professionally run by decent people and another Taylor's which seems to be the by-product of bitter individuals with a fertile imagination.

I always keep an eye on their website to see what is being sold. The whole process is managed well and very efficiently. Some things go quite cheaply and someone setting up home could furnish without too much cost especially if good at simple renovation.

Absolutely horrendous!!! They sold over £4,000 worth of items, including a dining room table valued at £2,000 for us... we got a grand total of £18!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUCTION HOUSE!
