Taylor'S (Auto Electrical)

First class service again this morning from Martyn. Great help and advice previously from both Derek and Martyn, both friendly and knowledgeable. Much appreciated.

Went for AC gas recharge. Was charged exhorbidant price & the issue was never fixed. They went ahead with recharge & pressure test without checking whether system works, only to say at the end that the fault is somewhere else.plus they were so focussed about the car failing MOT than fixing the issue I told them. In summary the car was not fixed but I was charged 2 hours labour. Waste of money TBH.

I am not in the habit of giving feedback but on this occasion I think the level of customer service I received from one of your auto electricians at Taylors exceeded my expectations. The gentleman who dealt with me this morning was Derek and he is a credit to your business. Due to my experience I will have no hesitation using your services again should I need them and also I will be recommending your company to family, friends and work colleagues should they have any faults/issues needing attention.

First class service from Taylor's Auto Electrical. The staff are extremely polite, approachable and knowledgeable. From phoning in to arrange an appointment, friendly and efficient check in to the prompt service upon repair, nothing is too much trouble for the staff at this firm. If you ever have any auto electrical problems, this is the place to go. Martin on the front desk is also first class. Thanks again for sorting out a problem with out minibus recently (Reids).

Same experience as Simon. Rude staff, actually aggressive. Overcharged for labour and broke other functions when diagnosing a fault. Staff refused to accept these problems were not there before they worked on the car.

Would not want these people touching my car again.
