I recently used this company for a major event in London. The vehicles were almost new and tidy, while the drivers were very polite and almost punctual. The management team was trying to help with sorting out the difficult situations created by heavy traffic and tight security measures.
I'd like to commend for his high standard and professionalism showed at very difficult situation created by the clients, not his own faults, the driver of Vianno V28TBR, who undertook at his own judgment and risk the right steps to resolve the issues. Thank you.
I use TBR when flying Business Class with Emirates.
Every single time, without fail, they will attempt to change the pick up time from what I have specifically requested to a time that suits them. Morever, every single time, without fail, they will attempt to send only one car rather than the number of cars that have been specifically requested.
Emirates should stop using this outfit as they are slowly weakening the Emirates brand.
On a positive note, the cars are fine and the drivers are pleasant. It's just the management that are awful.
