... 👨🏼‍🍳 KITCHEN ASSISTANT 👨🏼‍🍳 *Experience Required* - This role requires you to assist our head chef in the preparation, cooking and clean down of the kitchen as well as washing dishes. - Knowledge of HACCP and experience in a kitchen is a MUST have.
👨🏼‍🍳 CHEF 👨🏼‍🍳 - You will be required to prepare soups and specials ahead of service as well as all necessary food prep, cooking and plating during service. - You are responsible for the daily clean down of the kitchen - Food Hygiene Certificate required as well as experience
