Summer Yoga classes are starting today!
The Weekly Yoga Classes are starting again today at the UWS Lanarkshire Campus. Join the society every Tuesday, 17.30-18.30 to de-stress and relax. Admission is free, there is only a one off fee of ┬Ż5 required in order to join the society.

The next event is taking place on the 5th June on Paisley Campus. This is the annual all day event which has a number of top speakers.
One of the speakers this year is Karen Darke ŌĆō a Paralympic Gold medallist, coach, facilitator, author and speaker.
