THE TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE IS BEING REVAMPED IN JUNE.
Teesside Poker and Grosvenor both realise that producing a weekly schedule that pleases everyone is impossible. However we have concentrated this time on what IS successful currently in Teesside. That hands down is the Sunday game, regularly attracting 60+ entries. We have aimed to mirror this type of structure across the whole schedule and really will be going...

... TUESDAYS: £33+7 Deep Stack. 25k chips + unlimited re-entries. 7pm start. Estimated finishing time 2am.
FRIDAYS: £33+30+7 15k chips + 15k addon + unlimited re-entries. £2500 guaranteed. 8pm start. Estimated finishing time 3am.
SATURDAYS: £23+7 Deep Stack. 20k chips + unlimited re-entries. 7pm start. Smaller clock. Estimated finishing time 1am.
SUNDAYS: £28+7 Deep Stack. 30k chips + unlimited re-entries. £1250 guaranteed. 4pm start. Estimated finishing time 1am.
LAST SATURDAY OF MONTH: £100+10 Deep Stack. 30k chips + unlimited re-entries. 30 mins clock throughout. 5pm start. Estimated finishing time 2am.
FIRST MONDAY OF MONTH: PLO £90+10 Deep Stack - 20k chips + unlimited reentries. No addons. First 5 levels 24 mins, 30 mins after break. 7pm start. Estimated finishing time 2am.
We hope these changes are pleasing to many and we can start to see numbers grow back on Teesside again and attract some of our old valued regulars back again.
Who knows, if the tournaments are well supported we could well see guarantees return/increase.
These changes will come into effect within the next fortnight.

"TOO MANY COOKS" IN IRELAND! ♠️♥️♣️♦️
We are overjoyed to report that our local lad Kyle Cook is making a convincingly deep run in the Party Poker Irish Open Main Event at the Citywest Hotel in Dublin.
Since Wednesday players have been competing for the top spot in the €1000+150 event (€1m GTD).
... Some facts and figures:
Event duration: 4 days. Clock: 1 hour throughout. Start stack: 30k. Total entries: 1807 Total pot: €1.81m Places paid: 223 Minimum cash: €1750
Almost 800 players came back for Day 2, and Kyle is now well in the money and through to Day 3 with 96 left.
We join the action at this point, where we will play through today to a final table (Day 4 - Monday) and down to a winner - who will collect an amazing €300,000!
Kyle has owned a healthy stack since early into Day 1, and now sits on 373k (31bb) [60/95], average is 565k. €3650 locked up.
