We solve contamination problemsin high-end industrial processes. Our mission and overarching goal is to help our customersachieve zero defect, resource efficient, smartmanufacturing operations, using cleaning technology thatsolves complex contamination and process challenges intheir specific application. How do we do this? It began with a method we pioneeredcalled ‘Contact Cleaning', that effectively and reliablypicks up loose particles and contaminations, ranging fromsub-micron size particles up to a size of 5mm and above(including dust, metal, glass-fibres, human hair and skin). Our method solves a problem known as ‘unattachedcontamination' which causes defects in a range of highendindustrial processes, like EV Battery manufacture andPCB assembly. In simple terms, our method uses an elastomer cleaningroller to pick up contaminating particles, and securelycapture them on an adhesive surface. This means fewerdefects in manufacturing processes, reduction in waste, maximised resource efficiency and improved yields. Today, Teknek is part of ITW Inc.
