On May 31st we are holding a Scots poetry event. A whole bunch of Scots writers have gotten together and will deliver you a performance each in their native tongue of Scots. Keeping oor languages alive.
Full line up will be posted nearer the time but it's already created and it's sublime.

Express Yourself was simply fantastic last night, what a great atmosphere and the poets were really all crazy good, each poet brought something different to the table with their unique style and talent, that's what. 😁 It was great to see friends enjoying themselves. Wine flowing, oh yes it flowed. People getting their wine glass topped up left right and centre. What a laugh. Must admit I'm slightly shakey this morning, 😂 but it honestly feels worth it, to share such good evenings with such good people every month and hear the best poetry I've ever heard in my life 👀. We have some new books in the bookshop too!!!
I'd do it all again next month. Oh we are!
