Tenants advice have been a great help to me after the pressure Liverpool housing put on my self and my small baby with a house full of damp, tenants advice helped me understand the issues in my property and refered me to the correct people to get through to the housing to get the correct jobs done thanks so much bobby! :)

I'm really impressed with the company. I arranged an appointment within a week, it would have been sooner if I weren't busy. I was seen on the Monday and my case has been accepted and I have the documents already in the post that I need to sign and send back. This is all by Thursday! The person who viewed my property was extremely helpful and showed me exactly where the problems were in my property, some of which I weren't aware of

I was put in contact with tenants advice through a neighbour , as I knew there was a problem with my home. They were fantastic extremely kind and understand . They took all the pressure off me with the council. I had been fighting Leeds city council for a long time trying to get work done. Tenants advice took over the case and within months I had the work done � unfortunately a year ago it became obvious that the work wasn't done to proper standard , so I contacted Tenants advice again and they took my case on, as my property was in a worse state with damp in most of my rooms as the council had not fixed it properly doing a shoddy job, Bobby and Tom have both been amazing sorting me new legal advice and getting me the work I need doing up to a proper standard.

I can't thank these guys enough for everything xxx

I contacted tenants advice last week about damp in my home that has not been sorted out by the housing and they came out today and told us what was actually wrong in the house and what the next step is. I am glad I contacted them and I feel like this problem will not get resolved after nearly a year of phoning the housing and nothing being done. ��

After been in our property since January 2013 with leeds city council continuously fobbing us off about the damp and mould in our home for roughly 2 long years. Our friend reffered us for help via going through solicitors. Took around 6 months for paperwork, scott schedual and a good couple of appointments with inspectors from leeds city council themselves and ones from the solicitors too. Finally December 2015 the disrepair team from leeds city council entered our home to resolve what felt like the never ending issue of the damp and mould growth. Febuary 2016 they had finished our 6 room 2 staircase home. 1 year since the work was finalised and no reoccouring damp, no musky smells & no mouldgrowth in sight and its so much warmer. So thank you #TenantsAdvice ☆☆☆☆☆

After 2 years of getting told that the damp in our house is condensation within 10 mins of tenants advice beeing in the property they have diagnosed the problems are damp and have got the ball rolling on getting the repairs done highly recommended 10 out of 10

I think it's a little bit dodgy that the card this "company" sends out at first glance appears to be from some sort of Tenant support agency/advice agency but no only when you read the small print do you find it's from a legal claim firm phishing for business
