QUALIFICATION:
SQA Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration
ELIGIBILITY
... - Five Standard grades (Level 1-3) or five National 5's or intermediate 2's Level C or above (including Maths and English)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering telephone calls. - Booking appointments. - Liaising with new and existing clients. - General office admin duties. - Data entry.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Computer literate. - Professional attitude. - Punctual. - Willingness to learn and use initiative. - Willingness to learn and progress
LEARNING SKILLS
- Working on your communication skills. - Understanding data entry, reporting and analysis of business data. - Working with basic finance and budget management. - Planning, running and documenting meetings. - Managing customer-facing operations.
