Thankyou to Claire for carrying my parcel out to the car, very helpful

Had to pop in for a click and collect today. First staff member seemed to have dificulty reading, and then writing down the order number, he then asked another to go fetch it. This one returned some 10 minutes later looking for another member of staff who "had the key". After another 10 minute delay, he returned with the products but was haveing dificulty in opperating the hand held scanner....so of he went again in search of another member of staff to completr the transaction. Almost 30 mins. and 3 staff members later i finally got my products.... Not quite the quick, streigtforward procedure it should have been.

I am totally disgusted with Tesco extra @Dulloch Park Dunfermline. I travelled to Tesco specifically to buy a toy for my grandson. I checked the Internet and it said the dulloch park store sold them I went in and after searching for ten mins I found a member of staff who said they would try help. When the member of staff couldn't find said item they then searched their Tesco phone for it. The staff member then said although it is online saying dulloch store has it they don't actually stock it. I was told I could get it delivered next day by Tesco direct but I would have to do that myself as it cannot be done in store and I declined. Reason being I would've needed to make another trip into dunfermline the next day to collect it. I then went down to retail park in halbeath as the Internet also said argos had them. Went to argos a few minutes and I had ordered paid and collected. 5star service from argos. Tesco will not be getting my business again in a hurry. So please be careful when looking for items from Tesco on the Internet as they. Might not actually stock the item and like me you will have a wasted journey

Just wondering when the 3 for 2 toys are starting it's great value for money at the this time of year

This store is we'll thought out and there are plenty of staff to help you out.

The Tesco is a Tesco what more can you say.....but the petrol stations bagpipe background music is second to none. Bravo Tesco.

THIS REVIEW IS SOLELY ABOUT THE CAFE;

First of all the piticular member of staff i had the unfortune of meeting was very rude and her tone was very aggressive.
I was met with right what do you want for a start.

So i ordered my food and a medium iced caremel latee.

The food was very nice and the reason for that was another member of staff made it.

This latte was no 1 the same price of a mcdonalds one and the starbucks ones or about similar.

It was all curduled and did not taste like caremel at all.

You could just tell it was made wrongly or very badly at least.

So i went to return this disgusting drink by just simply just saying excuse me im sorry but this doesnt taste right. The member of staffs reply was well i have made 3 of them today and your the only one complaining. So I simply had had enough of this old women at this point and just said it’s disgusting compared to what i pay at starbucks and mcdonolds this isnt even goodly made its like a milky slush thats curdled. She said well mabey u just dont like iced coffee then. I replied with no its just that u have made it wrong and it’s disgusting i would like my money back or a manager. So she gave me my money back and then still said so me right bye then. I cut my losses and bought an actual drink out of the shop.

My gran didnt like her food as it tasted like a ready meal.

Love shopping here, I do scan and shop and it saves time. Good value for money and they always have offers on

Large store with great variety of clothes, electronics,etc. Busiest between 5pm and 8pm. Helpful staff.

Massive shop that will have everything you're looking for, from clothes and electronics, to food and drink.

Very modern and clean, the staff are very friendly and will make your needs the number one priority.

I was looking for a certain item that was not on the shelf because it was being cleaned, so I asked a member of staff where I could find it and she stopped what she was doing and went and got it for me from the stock room.

*Update*
I was in tesco looking for a certain screw driver, I couldn't find it so I asked a member of staff and they took it upon themselves to open some of the boxes they had to show me inside. The one I wanted was not there. So the staff member took me all the way round to the security desk to ask his work colleague if he had any spare screw drivers under his desk. He had a look for me and even showed me the correct one on Amazon.

Self scan is brilliant - I will never go back to using the check-outs!

Labels were out of date...Over charge city

Large store, wide selection, clean, fast check outs, and you're able to scan and bag whilst you shop. Most modern store in Fife, I believe.

Very much orientated to customer convenience - which is very welcome.
