We arrived early morning ( as traveling to our holiday ) and still got greeted with smiles by staff. We got our shopping with no problems and we're happy with our experience today. Used this Tesco's a lot of times and always been a good place to shop.

To the management at Tesco Extra Inverness I would like you to know how lucky you are to have the fantastic staff that you do. They are always willing to help you and do so with a smile and a bit of chat . However tonight at 5pm whilst in the store with my husband and twin toddlers one of your staff members in particular left me and my husband speechless and thankful that decent selfless human beings still exist . It had been a long day at the hospital with our twins (one of whom is tracheostomy ventilated ) and we just wanted to quickly pop in and grab a few essentials and dinner but our toddler started crying and tantruming and we couldn't think straight . His major tantrum began in the fruit and veg aisle and I can only assume your member of staff overheard me pleading with him to settle down and let mummy and daddy think what they needed. Anyway his tantrum continued a few aisles down and at this point my husband and I were quite frazzled and your wonderful staff member Kerri from fruit and veg interrupted us trying to calm our boy down and talked straight to him and asked him if he thought a toy car to play with might make the shopping more fun . He nodded to her and she gave him the wee car and told him to have fun . He immediately stopped his tantrum and smiled at her . We thanked her. she said it was her pleasure and she understood how stressful it can be shopping with a toddler and she hoped the rest of the shop was stress free for us. I felt like crying I was so grateful to her for one stopping my son's tantrum through distraction and two for actually caring and noticing how hard it was shopping with the twins . Thank you once again xx

Thank you so much to the security guard today for looking after my shopping and baby whilst it was chucking it outside. Gave me time to go collect my car and move it to he front door so my little one didn't get soaked.

Keeping her entertained when she woke up.

Also to the bus driver outside who I blocked in and he sat patiently and smiled at me when he saw me come out with my baby.

Made a little stressed mum feel much more relaxed.

Thank you so much to Susan on the self serve. Always lovely and makes an effort to speak to my kids... today gave my girl a gift-it made her morning and mine. Trying to get around Tesco with a child of any age is not enjoyable but wee gestures like this make all the difference and chatting to the kids keeps them happy whilst you check out. Thank you!

User

I would like to thank the girl at scan as you shop! She saved my day! Always so helpful and friendly!

Hi I would like to express our thanks to Angie who helped my husband and I in the toy department this morning. My daughter was desperately trying to get hold of a toy for Christmas and it was out of stock everywhere country wide. But on checking again this morning it appeared you had 20 in stock. We checked with the product availability helpline and yes you indeed had this item. So we drove through from Elgin first thing this morning.

We couldn't find the item on the shelves so that's when we asked Angie for some help - explaining that we were through from Elgin on the basis of the item being available. She said she would check the stockroom for us. After about 15 mins she came back to us to say she had left someone still looking in the first stockroom while went to the other one to look. She apologised for keeping us waiting and would be as quick as possible. For us the time we waited was not important as long as we got the item. After probably 50 mins Angie came back to us with the item. Apparently due to an audit all the boxes had been turned to show the barcode so she and her colleague had to turn all the boxes to read the description!! A lesser person would have given up I am sure.

So please thank Angie for her determination and patience. There will be one very happy little boy on Christmas morning and some very relieved parents and grandparents. Thank you

Great fish counter. The fishmongers filleted two tasty trouts for me today. Fine fish filleted for Furnace Friday. Giddy green herbs and worthy white wine, a dash of lemon and lime. Bliss. Thank-you.

Car boot sale is coming up. Don't support greedy traders. They buy everything from the private sellers just doing a house clear out or something, then they sell on to you at an inflated retail price.

Don't support these leaches who make a living off ruining the fun of finding a bargain. They make car boot sales pointless, and it's rude.

A huge thank you to John, the manager for his help, his understanding and the amazing job that he does! All here at Nairn Cares thank Tesco at Eastfield Way for the donations for our community foodbank. A very well done job guys! Thank you again

VERY disappointed 9 year old. Ordered a bike from tesco direct put it together and at the end discovered we had two left pedals!!! Trip to tesco as collected from there, very helpful girls gave me the number to phone, phoned and after the guy on the phone tried to source spare parts NOPE, find manufacturer NOPE then 're-order it NOPE out of stock. Left with either dismantling it and taking it back or try get a new set of pedals. Crying 9 year old told we will try halfords in the morning for pedals before we dismantle it.

I do love Tesco and I frequently buy one of your products, which I especially love -your marshmallows! ...or I did, until I noticed a recent change in their size! I don't know what it was I loved about them most, if it was the marshy-ness or the mallow-ness but it certainly wasn't the flatness!! My days just aren't as joyful with these new ones!

You need to get new cleaners once again the Ladies toilets were filthy& some of your staff could do with a wash & brush up

I am left bitterly disappointed with my weekly grocery order, yet again. Every week I am having to complain about short dated meat that I wasn't made aware of and every week I get the same speech from the customer service team, "we are very sorry, we will refund you and make the store aware". It's just not good enough anymore Tesco. Every week, I am having to juggle my meals around the ridiculously short dates you insist on sneaking on your customers. This week, I was made aware of one of my meat packages having a short date, which is fine, I can plan round that one... only to find two more meat packages of equally short dates or worse as I was popping them in the fridge after the driver had left. As well as that, my bread rolls packet was very clearly open so my bread rolls are hard as rocks... an apology and refund is just not sufficient anymore. Online shopping is meant to be convenient and stress free but I'm finding it quite the opposite. I think I'm going to have to explore the other supermarkets in Inverness that offer a grocery delivery service because I've had just as much as I can take from Tesco. You have lost an incredibly loyal customer Tesco due to repeated bad service even when I've told you and given you chance after chance after chance.
