At 17:40 I had to take my 6 year old son to out of hours doctors. He was screaming with pain in his ear. As expected it's a ear infection but the drops he needed the doctor unfortunately didn't have an emergency supply. Panic set in as it's Sunday and the only pharmacy that is opened is Tesco (until 6pm) so we raced to Tesco in hope we would make it. Got there at 18:01 and thankfully the staff where still there. When I asked if I could please get this prescription the pharmacist said they where closed. Thankfully the man (sorry didn't catch his name) who was serving asked if it was emergency and I said yes it's for my son he's in a lot of pain. As I said that out of no where I started crying (just talking about how much pain he was in set me off and that I couldn't help him). This man spoke with the pharmacist again (I am so thankfully he did) and they agreed to give me the prescription I needed for my son. I just want to say a huge thank you as I feel you both went beyond your duties tonight as I appreciate you where closed and wanted home. My son is sound asleep and seems to have picked up because he has had some relief from his medicine. Thank you again. I dread to think what we would have been faced with tonight without your help as normal paracetamol wasn't helping at all. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Went to the petrol station yesterday. Started putting fuel in and the machine was reading 10p before the fuel started flowing. Not a lot but if it's happened to me it's happening to everyone. Makes a fortune for nothing. Shocking

I have always used tesco click and collect. it's convenient as I have a small child and it's situated just inside the top entrance. Today I done as I always do when collecting my purchase, parked in the top car park as I can just pop in carrying my daughters car seat rather that setting up her pram (as you can never get a parent and child space setting a pram is a bit of a hassle). To my surprise today tesco have decided to close the top doors so I went down the esculator battled through the drones of folk chatting and people generally being stood in ridiculous places....to go back up another esculator, to walk to the other side of the top of the store ending up 5 ft away from were I started (but on the other side of the door, whist carrying what felt like a small elephant ). The only logical explication I can come up with for tesco to close the top door is to save on 1 security guards wages. I was just wondering if this was the case for causing such inconvenience to your customers ? I thought tesco was a shop build for convenience? I certainly won't be clicking and collecting from the store again.

So Tesco my mother in law was stuck in your elevator on Friday. She followed instruction pressing the alarm bell waiting on someone speaking to her on the intercom. Constant pressing of alarm bell resulted in no action at all. Luckily she had a mobile signal and called her granddaughter who in turn phoned the store to raise the alarm that her Nan was stuck in the lift. When she was finally released staff members admitted they heard the bell but did not know what it was. That is ridiculous are emergency procedures not trained? Not even a cup of tea or an apology was offered. What an awful way to treat someone

On Thursday night I ordered a universal remote control online for my father, i was emailed to pick up in store on Saturday, so yesterday off we go to Tesco... arrived at the click & collect desk to find a board saying "closed please go to electrical desk" off to electrical desk, stood in a que for 5 mins to be told "go to click & collect" explained the sign & no-one was there" she phoned over to c&c, which seemed to ring out so dialled again n finally got answered, she explained I would be heading over, so back over i go. I picked up a new iron on my way. Gets to the C&C desk to be greeted by the most unfriendly person ever!!. Told her I was collecting a remote. "name" was what I got.... "it'll be in this delivery so you'll need to wait until I can sort it out".. I waited. She then shouts from the back "wit wiz the name" I responded with the name. "WIT" so i repeated the name. Holding the parcel she scanned it and gave me it with a stern look. I asked if I could pay for the iron here. She huffed and said "over here" to which she pointed at the other till. So I brought the iron to her. Paid by card and as the payment was going through she took the iron into the back to remove the security band at which point the payment was accepted and the till sprung open...no-one around other than myself (luckily for her im honest & trustworthy) otherwise Tesco could've had a much bigger problem with the loss of cash straight from the till.. it was open the entire time she was in the back. 2 male Tesco employees approach at this point looking at the open till and looking around for the employee, at this point she emerges from the back and 1 of the males say "your till is sitting open" her response "anno it's fine" (glad she thinks so)... hands me my iron and flips the receipt at me with another stern look.... I turned and said "lovely customer service....NOT"

Her attitude was disgraceful!!!!.

Note to self - don't use C&C again...
