Large supermarket that has a good selection of food, household and electical goods.

I have using tesco for about 10 years fueling my taxi there the tesco in hallhill road shettleson and also buying my groceries there too the bargains there are really great much better than any of the other big supermarkets, great value for money I have recommended tesco to my family and friends I would,not shop anywhere elso I give a 5 star rating from Mr.john brannan

Was served by a lovely woman (susan)with short blonde hair last night. She went out her way to try and find a tin of paint for me, she was really friendly and suggested I try parkhead . There was one on her keypad and she searched everywhere but to no avail. Nice when you get good service, nicer to be told so thankyou!👼 ... don't go for paint tho they had a 4ft shelf with some fence paint magnolia and white gloss!😕(unless you want fence paint magnolia or white gloss😉)

Very good store and you can get everything within this store.

One of their best stores. Been going here since I was a kid. Staff are actually very nice and never had issue. When there is neds about the security seems to chase them fast. What more can you ask for 😂👍

Handy for grabbing the odd thing and general shopping, but I still go to the butcher for better quality meats.

The majority of staff seen oblivious to the presence of customers as I have experiences such as staff barging past or management having meetings in aisles, completely blocking access, when we're trying to shop.

There are a handful of staff that are great though and they always go the extra mile to help you out. It's a pity they're in the minority.

Awful Experience,

I used to be a loyal customer to Tesco Extra but my last experience totally changed my mind!

I bought a hand mixer last night, and when I opened it at home it turned out to be a night mare, it was broken, dirty, no packaging and it looked as if it had been used for ages, it was simply disgusting! Still, this wasn't really the annoying part of the story! This morning when I wanted to return it, my expectations was to say "sorry, this is our fault to sell you this rubbish!" However, this was not the case, they said "You didn't buy this from us!" even though I had the receipt, they continued to deny it, the person in charge was called, and surprisingly he denied it as well! After unfruitful dispute, they offered me an exchange or a refund, but they still don't believe me and refused to admit their fault! I told them I'm no longer looking for a refund or exchange, considering me as a cheeky and a lier is the thing that really hurt me! Then I just left their dirty product and didn't take the money that they thought I was deceiving to get!
