Great store, good stock and very friendly and helpful staff

Got out of car in tesco car park, my wife tripped over loose kerb stone in car park. This has been reported to staff. Whilst trying to pay for our shopping, l had to reprimand some teenagers for using a barrage of obscenities, this happened while one of your staff members was standing next to these foul mouthed teenagers. Should not be acceptable in any public place , never mind while you are with your children shopping.

Staff were very helpful when we were trying to find certain food items.

I visited the Camelon store to return a faulty vacum cleaner. The appliance was approx 2 months old and outwith the standard 28 day no quibble return period. My return was dealt with by Gaynor and I can quite honestly say that she was most professional and friendly in the way she dealt with my issue. I my opinion, Gaynor went above and beyond to reduce any inconvenience I may have experienced with my return, and reconciled the situation to my upmost satisfaction. Gaynor is a credit to Tesco and her colleagues. Hats off!!

I find this Store clean ,bright and welcoming , the Staff are friendly and very helpful, I bypass other stores to shop in Tescos, but I don't like the way they put up the prices with no warning ,

Poor that was an all day breakfast where is black pudding and tatty scone the square sausage and who has chips with a fry up

Got everything I needed. Lovely girl at the till, chatty and pleasant.

Newest Tesco in central region and one of the quietest. Nice layout with wide aisles. Has a pound section which has some great buys. Great clothes section, meat counter, fish counter, bakery and deli, substantial wines and spirits and frozen food section, with a small area selling homewares. Plenty of tills , plenty of trollies, in stock position on fresh food generally good.
Big petrol station that can be accessed going in or out of the supermarket.
Getting in and out of the store tastes you on to a busy main road but as its controlled by traffic lights there's not much waiting time.

Large supermarket part of a huge chain. Decent selections and fair pricing.

A nice, clean example of the Tesco chain.
VERY helpful staff at the tills and the customer service desk. An extra nod goes to Maureen at the service desk who went above and beyond to help us Welsh tourists find Airth castle.

Handy for anything you need. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
