Tesco have very kindly donated fruit for the kids at dumfries academy on a weekly basis. Can't thank you enough tescos. Appreciate your generosity �����

Stupidly left my purse in a trolley in the carpark and with a combination of another customers honesty and a member of staff coming to my house to tell me where it was, I was able to collect my purse with everything still in it. Thank you to everyone who helped. �

Perfect customer service in Tesco Dumfries. Me to 2 young male assistants "can you tell me if you have weight watchers biscuits? ". Young lad replied"you're not on weight watchers are you". Love it

Just had breakfast with my two young children and the lady working in the café went out of her way to help. She delayed bringing mine until I had sorted out the children's food and she made sure we had everything we needed. I didn't catch her name but wish I had so she could get a proper mention on here.

I must say that Tesco Lockerbie road has one the best customer services I have came across in a long time, I had to return flowers that my mum bought me for my birthday, she bought them on sunday & they were wilted by yesterday she paid £20 for them so obviously I was disappointed in them....took them back today & the female assistant was excellent....she told me 2 go and pick another bunch & if there was a difference in price I wud get it refunded!

Well done Tesco ! A very satisfied customer.....

Great staff at the peel centre store. Really friendly and helpful especially as I'm disabled. Don't shop anywhere else really! Altjou the big bosses need to get a 2nd mobility scooter back

Great place to shop I go there every week sometime 2 or 3 times if I'm at that side of Dumfries it's clean tidy car park great all staff are first class at what they do great shop

The canteen staff were very friendly and helpful and made it an enjoyable visit
