Specialising in injury prevention and performance improvement across sports with proven strength and conditioning programs.

Provision for rowing coaching, with in depth technical coaching and personalised programs including S& C, all land work and water sessions.

At TFR Training the aim is to build a rounded athlete with a wholistic approach to training to ensure that injury is prevented and potential is achieved.
