Over priced for what it is. Trying to be classy but failing. Avoid Cruise resteraunt at all costs, other option is a £16 burger in brambles which would cost £8 elsewhere. Pool and sauna are basic. Think I spoiled myself by going to Stobo Castle and thinking all spa resorts were like it. If Stobo is 5 star then auchrannie is 3.

Absolutely wonderful. I would give the lodge we stayed in FIVE stars. Thanks to everyone in staff.

The "lodge" was more like a luxurous little palace.
