We are exceptionally lucky to call this place our local. The food is always amazing (we eat here regularly)- especially the salt and pepper squid. The service is very friendly; Aaron makes an amazing Woo Woo- if you fancy a cocktail, Kirsty home cooks all the food, and Monty provides the entertainment (or shoulder to cry on should you need it!) If you fancy a relaxed, friendly, homely evening- I couldn’t recommend The Admiral Vernon more, the locals aren’t bad either! �

Staff are excellent, and the grub is sensational. Highly recommended!

Food here is a must.. not your standard pub grub, stepping up the game for pubs everywhere! Sound staff, good beer and good food.. what more could you want????

Ate here on Friday evening with some friends and couldn't choose from the varied menu , the kids loved the macaroni cheese and the panini , hand made chips and coleslaw , I had the burger with Stilton and had amazing onion rings as an optional extra !!! Was delicious. Service was great too in fact we are here now to try the Sunday roast !!!!!!
