The Allotment is an oasis of nourishment within the Edinburgh fast food scene. We may be small, but we have vision. That’s right - healthy food, and on the go. Unlike the larger franchises we pride ourselves on being able to provide fresh produce that is prepared on the very same day as we sell it. Where possible, our ingredients are organic, low GI, locally sourced and seasonal. Everything on the menu comes with nutritional advice, so you know it’s all good. The demands of modern city living mean that the right fuels are essential to keep you in tip-top shape. Luckily, we devote our every day to serving super foods for super humans. GOOD MORNING give your body a proper breakfast. . . . it’ll love you for it! Choose from our tasty porridge range, or if you’re in a hurry pick up one of our great muesli grab bags. Combine it with some of our fresh juices, wholesome smoothies and low-fat snack options and really kick-start your day.

GOOD AFTERNOON Our healthy hot boxes, served on a bed of wholegrain brown rice or a baked potato, give you guilt-free goodness like no other! You’ll love our additive free homemade soups, made to order wraps, sandwiches and energising salads. Treat your body to the vitality it loves.

GOOD EVENING between 4 and 5pm every weekday, choose any house sandwich, wrap or salad and get another one absolutely free. If you fancy a healthy wholesome home cooked meal without the effort, simply grab one of our soups or hot boxes cold ready to heat up at home. Freshly made, with love.
