For the last 11 years I have used 'consciously excellent' communication as an essential part of my work. I also taught colleagues and created training packages to provide them with enhanced communication skills and an understanding of human behaviour - both go hand in hand.

My job - I was a full time hostage and crisis negotiator.

The skill set I have surrounding both elements is something I continue to use. I guess I can't switch off from something that helps on a daily basis and now I work with a growing number of businesses and individuals.

My step into the business world evolved and while I knew that what I teach works, the results have been more than I could ever have imagined.
