The Auld Smiddy Inn Pitlochry Description
Established in 2008, we are a family run business in the heart of Pitlochry.
We have a long time team of professionals who will ensure you have a great visit. We sell the highest quality food prepared by passionate and enthusiastic chefs. We use where possible locally sourced ingredients from the best of Scottish suppliers. We have a full bar service selling a selection of malts, gins & beer, lager & real ale. you will find us in the Michelin Guide to eating out in pubs for the last six years - this is one of the only unbiased guides out there, where you have to be invited to enter.
We have great out side space with seating at tables for 40 and we are the only restaurant to get the sun all day (when its out - remember this is Scotland! ) until it goes down at the end of day.
Enjoy a spot of lunch with friends or a bottle of vino and watch the world go by, then at night come in for our early pre theatre Table d'hote menu or full evening menu. Which ever one you choose we trust you will not be disappointed. End your meal with a delicious liqueur coffee or a wee malt.

As many of you will have seen on the news, in the papers & FB, our sister restaurant was devasted by fire yesterday. To say Javen and the staff at the Marina are upset; as we all are does not even come close.
Our thoughts are with them all and we are truly thankful that no-one was in the building or injured.
The emergency services have worked long and hard all day yesterday and through the night, so thank you to them for all of their help.
