The Bannatyne Spa

Visited the spa last week for a pedicure. No issues with the staff or the treatment but the place is filthy. Doors are covered in dirty patches as was the ceiling. The treatment room was painted brown with plain white tiles. Not what I would expect from a so called luxury spa. Time to spent some cash on a re- refurb.

Went for A massage and it was not great !! Also said 25 min keep me for 14 minutes (
Paid 39 pounds for it
and when I said :can I use the other facilities? they said to add another 12 pounds for use sauna and steam room !! (Like a pass for the day)
That's not right ! wherever you go for a SPA day it's a SPA day and you have you're sauna and steam room including Can't charge me for a full day !!
very disappointed !
