About The Barefoot Therapy

Tricia Brown, the Barefoot therapist, is a qualified reflexologist in West Linton (at Calm) and a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.

The Barefoot Therapy Description

Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexologists work holistically with their clients and aim to work alongside mainstream healthcare to promote better health and wellbeing for their clients. It is often used in a preventative way in the same way as a balanced diet and regular exercise.

The Barefoot Therapy is based in the village of West Linton in the Scottish Borders. The Barefoot therapist, Tricia Brown, offers reflexology foot treatments based in the comfort of a treatment room at 'Calm Hair & Beauty' in West Linton on Wednesdays. Contact Tricia to discuss alternative week days or home visits. Tricia is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.

Tricia studied Reflexology at the Complementary Therapy School in Edinburgh during 2015-2016 and was awarded the Practitioners Diploma in Clinical Reflexology in 2017.

Sessions are generally one hour in length (55 minute reflexology) and the initial visit is 1. 5 hours to allow for a Consultation Form to be completed.

The price is £40 per session (during March /April 2017 £30 per session). Block bookings discount is £100 for 3 sessions.
