The Bay Fish & Chips

Fabulous food, good service but confused as to why as were surrounded in the area by tattie growing farms the potato’s you use are brought from Cambridgeshire, surely food miles matter . One of your big U.S.P is local sustainable food etc.

We were visiting DUNNOTTAR CASTLE and needed a place to eat. We seen the number 1 spot on the cnn review for best "fish and chip" couldn't believe it. Great food and service!

Easily one of the best fish and chip shops I've ever been to. There was a great selection on the menu at reasonable prices (around £4.60 for fish and chips). The only downside is that there isn't much in the way of seating so you may have to hunt around for a bench or sit in your car.

This was my favorite food that I ate while on my trip through Scotland and the best fish and chips I've had anywhere so far. The batter was crispy and the fish was nice and flaky. The portions were huge and the price was great too. There can be a line but it moves quickly and the people there are friendly so it's not an issue.

Superb. Fresh fish was flaking. Not greasy in the slightest. It's the place to eat.

Best fish and chips I've had for a while. Go for the jumbo haddock with just a few chips and tartare sauce. Boom!

A fantastic fish and chips that has won many awards for just that. Unfortunately, you have to wait a rather long time for your food, but it is definitely worth it. No seating inside and usually too cold outside so you may wish to eat in the car. Parking can be a nightmare at times.

Unbelievable gorgeous fish and chips. Excellent service, reasonable price... 30 people queuing at busy time. Well worth it a must try x
