Holla to all the salon owners /beauty business owners out there who admit to needing a little help from time to time. As some of you may know, I own Peaches Wax Bar Salons in Scotland. I have built the business from scratch - with no funding /loans or grants from anyone except maybe the odd few hundred pounds from my husband and dad at the very beginning when the business was still a baby and I had no money to buy wax pots! Anyway Peaches is now a successful beauty business with more than a half a million £ turnover, a number which is still increasing. (Aiming for 1M by next year! )So it has come to light recently after realising that so many salon owners, some who I call friends have been leaning on me for support and advice. Helping them has made me realise my new found passion. So this is exactly what I'm going to do. I'm working hard at it behind the scenes with some very special people to bring a whole business specifically designed to supporting salon owners and helping them increase profits and lower stress levels.
