Topic of tonight is 🧽CLEANING🧽
Remember to was your lashes EVERY SINGLE DAY and ALWAYS before your lash appointment. As you know I wash every client before full set or infill to remove dirt , oils , sweat and make up from the lashes and lash line but this quick shampoo is only going to lift the surface of built up dirt so you must also clean daily at home . If you don’t , a quick clean will leave dirt behind and cause the new extensions not to bond fully .They will attach to ...any oily coating and brush off easily . The alternative is I give them a very thorough deep clean but you would lose up to half of your lashing time to do this and nobody wants that 🙄
I advise my clients to wash daily using their lash shampoo and one finger , if you do this every day there will be no major oil or make up build up so a finger is perfect however if you are a heavy make up wearer or not consistent with your cleaning they will need a little extra work . A clean eyeshadow brush will get between the extensions gently to clean the lash line and remove dirt . Inspect your lashes close up and check the base of your lashes and lids remain clean from make up build up ... if you can see anything clinging to the eyelid they need a little extra TLC when cleaning especially on lash day .
I always keep plenty stock of lash shampoo in a full size bottle (£15) Sachets (£2 per appointment) and brushes (free) to keep them neat and tidy after cleaning so if you need to stock up or would like cleaning advice just ask 💜

Finally got my butt back to the gym 💪🏽 was absolutely done in from long shifts this week , woke up at 630 for the gym full of the cold but dragged myself there and I feel great now! So important not to neglect ourselves in life 💜 last year I had a great work /life balance due to the gym being my saviour 😅 I lost it all in August when work went crazzzyyy with training added to the mix and lately I’ve just felt pretty rubbish , sleeping terrible , eating terrible , crabit as he...ll and I forget what water looks like 😬 I also develop an unhealthy work obsession without the gym in my life which is great to a point but it takes over and it’s impossible to switch off ! I decided today that it stops now ... for my sake , my families sake and my businesses sake too! we need to prioritise ourselves sometimes and by doing so we are helping those around us by being a better person 💜💜 looking forward to getting fitter and healthier again 💪🏽
