Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable experienced staff. Have no preference over who does my hair as they are all as good as each other. Nice to see the time and investment the academy side puts into our young people. Top class salon highly recommend. Great prices too

Loved my experience here, the lovely Ashley and staff there were very welcoming. My son also enjoyed his visit, and loved his new hair cut thanks to lovely Yvonne. The students appeared to be enthusiastic and showed respect for the manager/mentor. People were commenting how nice my hair was. So myself and my son will certainly return. Xx

I have been having my gel nails done by Charlotte for over a year now & she is simply the best! ’┐Į

I've previously had gels done at two different salons but was never impressed as both times they lifted at the cuticle & I ended up losing most of them or got so stressed trying to hang on to them by putting other varnish underneath & press holding them down! It never worked & I was always told it was my oily cuticles. After having them removed my nails were a mess, white scores over the nails as enough care & gentle attention wasn't used in their removal ’┐Į

Since Charlotte has cared for my nails I have never had a single problem ’┐Į She takes great care over each step & gives friendly advice too making the treatment session a pleasurable experience.

I tell everyone who is worried about the damage that gels can do to your nails to try Charlotte & they won't be disappointed! In fact they'll be delighted with the treatment & result & like me will never let anyone else work on their nails ever again.

I have a good experience at the bespoke academy learning how to do hair , staff is very kind and help when we are stuggleing I also feel very welcomed when I come to the academy ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

What an amazing salon. All the staff are fantastic so friendly. And listen to what you say and want. Thank you to Ashley wilson who is a total little gem. He transformed me today from blond to a gorgeous purple ombre look.



The salon was warm and friendly and made you feel very welcome. Everyone who walked out of the salon today all looked amazing with new transformations.



If anyone wants to change there look. And have confidence in a hairdresser this is the place to be.

Came here today for the first time to get my hair and nails done and really can't say enough how happy I am with them. Very friendly and welcoming staff and Ashley done my hair better than I could have ever imagined I absolutely love it!! Definitely won't be going anywhere else now!

Called in today on the off chance I could book an appt. Im so glad I did. I havnt had a regular hairdresser for about 6 months after my hairdresser sold her salon so I was a bit apprehensive. Ashley made me feel so welcome, and hes done a wonderful job on my hair, I feel like a new woman. All staff were friendly and chatty and the salon had a lovely welcoming vibe, Ive booked in again in 6 weeks

Been in today with my friend and was made so comfortable from staff, laughed from start to finish.. would highly recommend ’┐Į xxxxx

Ashley did both mine and my sisters hair and was absolutely great! Friendly,funny and great to get along with(other members of staff were also very friendly)! Listened to what we wanted to make sure we were 100% happy and can safely say we definitely were!Would definitely recommend this salon to others!’┐Į
