The Bike Station - Perth

We visited here this afternoon and the service was so good, I had to share! If you are in the market for a bike (for yourself or for kids) this place is a must. Really knowledgeable, friendly staff who go above and beyond. Thank you, we will be back soon!

We luckily passed the free Dr Bike check in Broughty Ferry today, the little one’s brakes were binding so they were promptly fixed and tyres given a boost too by the very kind gentlemen today. Thank you so much, what a great service!

Visited The Bike Station this morning..Was attended to by a great lad called Saul..

Very friendly and a great range of bikes for everyone at great prices. I came away with a great bike and helmet..

Today I took my youngest to get a new bike as she had outgrown her old 1, pretty normal except the old bike, which I also donated, was 6 years old & originally purchased from the bike station all those years ago for my eldest daughter. It has been used for all these years & is still in great working order. I highly recommend the Bike station & here's too many happy years with our new purchase!!!

One of the most helpful bike shops I've ever been to! The staff will do everything they can to help. I am soon to be cycling Lands End to John O'Groats and I went in for chat but came out buying some bibs and cycle tops wore by Mark Beaumont for a bargain price. Feeling very blessed and fortunate to be able to wear such high quality clothing which I wouldn't have been able to afford otherwise. Cheers guys!

Just been in to the bike station to have the gears adjusted on my son's mountain bike. The lady there was great, was able to do the work there and then, friendly and helpful. All they asked was for a donation and there prices are much better than others around. Don't waste your time going to Halfords, come down to them for all your repairs. A very happy and new customer.

I've just bought 3 bikes for the kids and they are all amazing. Great service, quality and price. I highly recommend The bike station. Why spend a fortune on a new bike! Plus my kid was able to ride this bike within 30mins with no prior experience so they really do help you to get the perfect fit bike. 5 stars xxxxx

I have had 2 bikes serviced today by Mark. They are now going perfectly thanks to him. What a great guy he is. Excellent service. I would highly recommend the bike station for all your cycling needs. Keep up the good work ���

I have bought bikes and parts from this business, Great service and advice. would highly recommend.

I bought my daughter her first gear bike from The Bike Station in February. Everything seemed perfect until the chain broke so I took it back in to be repaired/replaced. The helpful staff I spoke to found a couple of other problems with the bike. They were genuinely disappointed that this had happened after around 4 or 5 sessions on the bike and offered to fix the problems free of charge, even though it was outside of the warranty.

They fixed and serviced the bike and we got it back, good as new, the very next day.

My daughter is delighted to get back on it so quickly and we are confident there is a lot more life left in the bike!

I am delighted with the service and friendly manner of the staff. They really are passionate about cycling and want customers to have a happy and positive experience using The Bike Station.

Hi. Just wanted to say that I've just been in the bike station to get a punctured fixed and buy a helmet. Just had to say the service, cost and speed of service was fantastic. Great info passed on re bike maintenance and what goes on in your shop. Totally impressed and would now never consider going anyplace else to buy anything and / or get anything fixed. Superb on all levels....thank you!

First class service went in with a broken pedal came out 15 minutes later fixed - cost me £5 staff are brilliant.

Fantastic service last week I purchased 2 bikes my youngest couldn’t ride a bike but they took the pedals off and made his bike a balance bike fast forward one week and his pedals are on and he is cycling away no problem! The guys in the shop couldn’t have been more helpful 5 star service!

Fantastic service from Kelly and mikey at dundee fixed our bikes today at free event in dundee city centre could not fault them will be going into look at bike for grandson very shortly

Brake levers and brake cable replaced on my sons bmx within 10 minutes. Superb service and extremely cheap. Will always return here in future. Highly recommended. Well done guys *****
