Today I celebrate a little personal win!! Today is the first day in what feels like a very long time that I woke up feeling positive, vibrant, happy, grateful and energetic!! These feelings are part of my natural programme but recently they have been far, far out of reach!
I have been working so hard to pull myself out of the lethargic, hopeless, dark state that I was in and it is finally paying off. SELF CARE WORKS PEOPLE!!!!
I have been taking time out for my beautiful s...elf-healing reiki sessions and I have started doing more things that make me happy such as crafts. I discovered felting and am currently the proud owner of a slightly deformed but cute felt dog that I made all by myself!! The mindful process of crafting is good for my brain and good for my soul.
I have been getting out in nature with the dogs as often as possible and preferably as close to the sea as I can get! I find the sea soothing and healing!!
I have also received wonderful healing sessions from the amazing therapists Elaine Harcus of Back into Balance Highlands, Natalie Grant of Empowered sports and remedial massage and Shona Durrant of the Peace Pod, thank you guys you are all awesome!!!
I feel like the luckiest lady in the universe right now to have an awesome husband, amazing kids, very cute but smelly doggies, gorgeous friends, wonderful family, a beautiful home, a fulfilling occupation and good health!!
So here's to little wins in life! Celebrate them, Share them with those you love and be very, very proud of your growth always!! you are completely awesome!!!!

My bundle of these gorgeous essential oils arrived this morning!!
What a stunning combination!! I am currently diffusing this blend in my treatment room and am blown away with just how beautiful the Aroma is!! I literally purring like a cat with contentment and appreciation of the scent 😻
So, it smells gorgeous but what can these oils do therapeutically??
... Let's start with Frankincense-
It is an analgesic particularly good for rheumatism and sports injuries, it is antibacterial, good for asthma and bronchitis, is an antidressive and is also an antioxidant helping to combat the aging process.
