Went this morning with my friends for breakfast and it was delicious!!! Service was excellent, food was amazing totally relaxing atmosphere and the bonus was getting some of the excellent produce in the shop!! Can’t wait to try the potted meat ���

I came in with my sister today to have our breakfast which we luckily won on one of the competitions. We have been wanting to try the bothy since it opened and was not disappointed, I had the small breakfast which was lovely and my sister had the big breakfast which was huge. Will definitely be back to try out the lunch menu as all the food looked yummy on it. Service was also great! Thank you.

Had a lovely breakfast yesterday after winning a competition! Cant wait to try the lunch menu. What better way to cure a hangover with a delicious plate of food, followed by a visit to the little chicks in the shop (could have fitted all 4 in my bag but i resisted... ��) cant wait to visit again xxx

Great breakfast as usual , really busy this morning , you could do with more staff , as staff were run off their feet , and unfortunately lots of people moaning about the wait for food and drinks , there was a never ending queue at the till the hour we were in .

Breakfast was lovely. Bacon and black pudding both delicious! The bothy itself is also stunning inside (major decor inspo!) It's great that it's right next door to the shop too so you can buy your weekly shop after �

We were lucky enough to win one of the breakfasts last week......the set up of the restaurant is lovely and the interior design is relaxed and homely, we ordered the big breakfasts and they are huge, the quality of the products are great and the service was good, if anything the only negative was that not all the food on the plate was hot, but this wouldn’t stop us returning again as you always get teething problems at the beginning!

Went today at lunchtime as a group of 8. Lovely place and is lovely and spacious and good atmosphere. Menu has a good selection of food from soup, sandwiches and more meals if that’s what your after. We had a selection of sandwiches, toastie and the ciabattas. Kids sandwich/toastie was half (didn’t state that) came with a proper dressed salad and home cooked crisp. Adults sandwich came lightly toasted ??? Fillings on sandwiches and toastie were tasty but a bit sparse for the money again came with dressed salad and crisps (no coleslaw) small portion of chips/wedges again for the money. The cake cabinet was fairly empty and it was only 1.30. Feel it’s over priced for what it was however will go back to try the breakfasts.

We went for breakfast last Sunday and there was an unfortunate mishap with the orders not being sent to the kitchen. After just over an hours wait we did get our breakfast. Unfortunately, they ran out of butter for the toast and cups for the tea, we asked for some butter and were told there was none. The food was good when we eventually got it and we were fully refunded for our breakfast due to the long wait.

Quite a busy wee place the staff friendly and service was good . Ordered a soup and a burger . Was a little surprised that the soup and burger came out at the same time but over all burger a tasty . Would go back and try something else
