The Brig Fish Bar

Usually so good but the quality of the food we ordered tonight was awful my partners Peri peri chicken wrap was wet as hell, chicken is slightly pink and salad is wet and my donner hoggie had mayo on it when specifically asked for no sauce.

As far as fish and chip shops in the Dunfermline area this one is pretty good. Recommend the New York Buffalo Wings.

Really avoid if you like half cooked peely wally floppy chips, covered in water down brown sauce. Never again

Best white pudding supper. Always get one when in area.

A reputable establishment, most definitely!
I would recomend the homemade steak pie and chips.
I will return when next in the area!

I never eat the chippy-type food, just the kebabs and calzone which are made by a great team in one half of the shop. Unfortunately you have to deal with the chip shop side to order and pay, which is a miserable experience.
I'm not one for over - the - top customer service, but some of the unhappiest people in the country man that counter. The thought of dealing with such human misery is genuinely enough to stop me going any more, combined with the really quite steep prices there.
Recently the quality has been slipping too, and I just don't want to give my hard earned cash to this place any more.

Requested a mixed kebab, got home, no donner meat. They offered a refund of the kebab the next time I was in but only gave me £2 back, the cost of the donner meat. Pretty poor and they didn't even get the salad request right. Not going back.

The last 3 times I've orderd it has been wrong. Love the food but how hard is it to write down what a customer wants? Ruins your dinner when you have to wait on the right thing coming!

Good kebabs chicken a favorite

We collected tea from here on our way home tonight. Four different meals, all absolutely amazing! Not all dripping with grease like many other chip shops and we all ate the lot!
It was our first visit here, although it's been recommended by friends. We'll definitely be back!
