had lunch here yesterday with friends . Carrot and coriander soup , brown colour,.

yugh. ordered steak pie three of us , not chips , potatoes . pastry tasted of metal , meat looked very old , black gravy poured all over it to make it look inviting .. deep friend potato wedges (fat chips) for 'potatoes' Meat didn't disappoint it WAS very old . awful

great wee night chatted about loads of things,mainly music.The night is only as good as the company you keep and I was in great company

Would just like to thank all the staff from the burnside hotel for all their hard Work on Saturday at my sister Danielle& Christopher's Wedding. You were all great. We even had the twin sisters who work their in the toilet fixing our hairs lol. A big thank you from all of us.

What can i say ?! Hospitality was fantastic posh food posh cocktails the bar staff where great very polite esspecialy the girl who made me the french martinis she had great energy. The reception girls where very helpfull and even went that extra mile to make me a sandwich after hours i will definetly be back i recomend the burgers on the menu well worth the money and the lamb shank i had on sunday was to die for ! And as i sit and write this review i am waiting for breakfast i was late this morning and still yet again going that extra mile well done to you all and thanks for having me

We were in Glasgow for a family funeral and chose this hotel. I am so happy we did so, the staff are absolutely amazing and take pride in what they do, nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The food is beautiful and perfect portions. We visit Glasgow often and we'll never stay anywhere else! Love this hotel, if you're ever in Glasgow you have to stay here!

Was here yesterday with the family for a communion food was lovely as was the staff it's great that you can sit outside with your drink in the sunshine ☀️ will defo be coming back to the burnside 😁👌x

Was here last night for the xmas night quiz. We had a lovely meal with drinks,the only complaint was cold plates and the staff need a little bit of training as to who is looking after which table.All in all we love going there and the staff are brilliant. By the way we won the quiz woo woo

Thank you to all the staff for making our evening reception such a great night! The hall looked amazing & the food & drink were all superb. All the staff were so friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them. One of the twins (apologies for not catching your name) even saved the day at the last minute by decorating our cake with flowers for us as we were useless - it looked absolutely amazing!



All our guests had a brilliant time & commented on a lot of the above too!

My husband and I recently had our vow renewal and anniversary party here. The service was amazing! Nothing was a problem, they took care of every detail. The food was great and many people commented on how nice it was. We stayed in the hotel and our room was clean and tidy. Breakfast the next day was also very good. Thank you for helping us have an amazing day x

My family and I visited the Burnside Hotel for Christmas Dinner. I was very impressed with the layout and preperation of the resturaunt. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The staff were always available for drink orders and provided excellent customer service. Thankyou for making our day special. 🎄

Lovely meal and staff were so good with my little boy who is 1. All requests met by chef as im a fussy eater. Fantastic food and staff will be back again.

Just home from our 1st visit to this hotel and can honestly say every single member of staff from receptionists, bar and waiting staff, security and house keeping were friendly and helpful.



We met friends in the hotel for dinner on Friday night which was lovely. Breakfast was also good.



As it turned out we were unable to get an executive room for the Saturday night so needed to move to standard. We weren't disappointed! While the executive room is no doubt done up to quite a high spec and the the shower room was amazing, the 'cheap' rooms are still more than adequate.



Can't wait to return in January with 2 of our children and their partners :) xx

I had my 60th birthday dinner for 25 family and friends the staff were brilliant and so nice ten out ten thank you so much for helping me have a lovely evening

Had my Gatsby theme 40th last night and it was absolutely amazing, The staff where very accommodating, friendly and very helpful, sorry for the mess lol, you where fantastic and thank you to Billy the DJ for making the night go out with a bang �

Fabulous hogmanay at the Burnside. The entertainment was great. " Rod Stewart" quickly had everyone up dancing & the piper was amazing bringing in the New Year.

The James Watt Suite was beautifully decorated, food great and the staff worked hard looking after everyone. Thanks everyone and happy new year xx

Excellent buffet, staff are very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend the burnside hotel for any size of function or casual dinner and drinks. Very family friendly.

Visited Burnside Hotel on Easter Monday with family (large table of 20).

The service we received was absolutely abysmal. Over an hour for our food order to be taken initially. The food arrived at different times, with one meal being forgotten about and having to wait twenty minutes, while the forgotten meal was prepared and the rest of the party had finished. The kids meals / one meal was also forgotten - this was thankful quickly rectified, the kids desserts took forever also to come.



When both my Mother & Aunt asked to speak to the duty Supervisor - they were told they would have to go to the Supervisor as he/she could not visit the table as she was in the bar next door.



I personally won’t be rushing back to your establishment.
