had dinner here this evening with friends and our respective offspring, the food was lovely with a lovely family friendly atmosphere. there are toys sitting out on the stage and our children had a ball playing. the staff were exceptional and super helpful... even came to our defence when another diner took issue with our children and were incredibly rude to my friend. staff stepped in immediately and were lovely to us. really can’t praise them enough! will definitely back (much to the other diner’s disgust I imagine).

Where do I start. For anyone who is considering getting married in the Busby Hotel........ you will not regret it. My gorgeous son and now beautiful daughter in law got married in the hotel on Saturday 17th march and the day couldn't have been any more perfect.

I have no words to describe how the fabulous staff went above and beyond to make sure the day went perfect. A very special mention to Jodie, Margo and Sarah Jane you were amazing.

Well me and my hubby are just home after spending an amazing night in the honeymoon suite, thank you so much as we were the lucky winners of the Facebook prize and from the moment we stepped in to the hotel till the moment we left this morning we were treated amazingly , after we checked in we went down to the restaurant for a light bite to eat and a few drinks , staff so friendly and chatty , then went back upstairs to enjoy the hot tub b4 dinner, wow it’s the best I have felt in ages , eased every joint in my body , dinner was 1st class , I even went out my comfort zone and tried the monkfish Thai green curry , would definitely recommend it , finished our stay with a hearty breakfast which went down a treat , I will definitely be back and would recommend you to anyone looking for relaxing break, thank you again for making my stay so special x

We hadn't been to The Busby for a long time as the first few visits over several months after it re-opened were very disappointing (both food & service) however we decided to give it another try for lunch yesterday and it was 10 times better, much improved on both food & service. Well done team, we will be back!

Still on cloud 9 from the wedding of my dreams last weekend thanks to this phenomenal hotel! I wanted loads of extra details and everything was to my plan, I couldn’t fault anything and if I could score higher I would! From our first visit we knew this place was special, there’s just a lovely ambience and it only gets better the more you go. The most magical part of this hotel is the team and we want to personally thank them for going the extra mile and making not only us but our guests feel wonderful. Sarah Jane is THE best wedding coordinator around! She is cool, calm and collected putting any fussy bride at ease � Gary was brilliant he ran our wedding amazingly, ensuring everything ran smoothly and effortlessly. You couldn’t ask for a better head waitress than Margo, her attention to our needs exceeds any service we have ever received and she went out her way throughout the night to make us feel special. Jodie thanks for our bubbly ��the night after, once again going that extra mile to make us feel special. And to all the waiters and chefs you guys are fantastic �We have a very special place in our hearts for not only this magnificent hotel but the wonderful team that Juliette has. For any bride or groom looking to book you will not be disappointed.

Stayed overnight for our Wedding Anniversary the staff were all so helpful and friendly, outstanding service. Our Suite was spotless & the meals at Carters were amazing thank you to all staff for making our stay so relaxing

Spent last night in the honeymoon suite for my boyfriends birthday. We got a 2 course meal, a bottle of wine & breakfast all included with the overnight stay. It was honestly the best thing ever, I’ve never been so relaxed. We had the private hot tub in our room which was amazing and the room itself was just so stunning, the staff were so lovely and the food was absolutely wonderful I couldn’t even choose anything to fault it was one of the best hotel experiences. I highly recommend the busby hotel & will be recommending it to everyone I know! �

Myself and my friend stayed here as we were attending the Beyoncé concert at hampden, the hotel wasn’t too far from the stadium aswell, from the moment We checked in to the moment we checked out we were made to feel so welcome, the staff in every department were so lovely and friendly and made a point to stop and chat with us. We honestly loved this place and wished we were there for longer. Thank you to all the staff for being so helpful and friendly and making time for us and all your other guests it’s really made us want to come back! Hopefully see you all again soon � will definitely be recommending the Busby hotel to others �

Just hosted my friends baby shower at the lovely Busby hotel. The afternoon tea was fantastic! Highly recommend it. Everything was perfect. Thank you to all the amazing staff for all their help today and the lead up to it. Fabulous day was had by all.

I was her for my sisters wedding; the staff were exceptionally helpful which was a great stress reliever for the wedding party. All staff members were there to help in anyway possible which made the experience a very comforting and enjoyable experience. The wedding coordinator Sarah Jane was amazing making the full day flow perfectly; when there was a problem it was sorted straight away. The food was also beautiful and the waitress Amy was amazing got everything we asked for and was very accommodating! Would definitely recommend staying at the busby hotel wether this was for a comforting nights getaway or for a party!!

I booked an overnight stay at The Busby Hotel Saturday 3rd March with my friend to celebrate her retirement and feel I have to comment on our stay. From the moment we arrived we had the pleasure of the most friendly and professional staff I cannot praise each of them highly enough. My room only a standard I must say was a great surprise the quality of the shower, bed linen and towels were top class. Even something simple like enough hangers in the wardrobe blouse and trouser hanger and an iron and ironing board concealed in the wardrobe out of site. We had a lovely relaxed meal in the restaurant full of people eating and drinking and plenty of families being catered for with children of all ages. Really nice to see such a family friendly restaurant. Our 3 course meal was really tasty again cannot fault it would highly recommend a trip to this hotel even just for a meal I know I will be back. The staff at the bar were very friendly and know how to make a mean French Martini let me tell you!! All I can say is well done The Busby Hotel and keep up the good work and I will without doubt be back.xxxxx

Had a fantastic anniversary Dinner B&B in the Buchanan Suite for our anniversary. Must be the best room for miles around. Worth the visit even if it's just for dinner, which was perfect for me, but the wife thought it was too much to squeeze in! We will definitely be back very soon for dinner.

Excellent day out with the family for food. Staff were amazing and very attentive. Had a little issue with my meal however it was resolved immediately with an apology and the new dish given was exceptional. Was refreshing to have a proper apology and you could tell the staff actually cared about your experience and the food they were putting out. All meals were thoroughly enjoyed and can't fault any of the staff at all.

Been to this hotel on multiple occasions, me and my new fiance love it so much that I decided to propose in the honeymoon suite! We would just like to thank everyone at the hotel for a night we will never forget. Every single member of staff were first class from the moment we stepped into the hotel to the moment we left, and everyone went that extra mile to make the night even more special for us. Massive thanks to Juliet and Karen for putting everything together in the room and helping me create the perfect moment, they couldn't have done enough for us and without them it wouldn't have been possible. We cant wait to come back to this beautiful hotel in the near future!

Absolutely faultless! Comfy rooms which were spotless, great food, fab bar area with chatty staff and quirky little booths which me and my friend (Louise) loved. From the moment we walked in the staff were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Overall a wonderful and relaxing break and I will definitely stay here again �

12 of us were out for my uncle’s 86th Birthday last night, & I can honestly say the staff & food were fantastic!! The staff couldn’t do enough for us & when the manager was leaving he came to say cheerio, & if we needed anything else just to give the girls a shout, it was my 1st time in the Busby, but I’ll definitely be back

Was at the Busby last night for dinner for Mum & dads 49th anniversary - drink Service was extremely slow and all drinks were getting delivered to the table one by one rather than the full order together. 4/5 of our food order was delicious, however, my dad who is not a big eater ordered chips & chicken tempura for his main this was all explained to the waitress who had very poor English which was a real shame as it was frustrating for the poor girl & us - but when our mains came out he was only given the chips then had to wait for the chicken tempura to be made as they didn’t make it!! when he finally got it he had finished his chips and it certainly wasn’t chicken tempura more like the Cajun chicken strips as there was no batter - 3 of us had the chicken tempura for starters and it certainly wasn’t the same my dad was served.... the waitress came over think she might of been a supervisor and asked if everything was ok - my dad explained and she picked up a piece of the chicken from his plate & said yes there’s the batter there!!!!! Totally wrong!!!!! She asked if he wanted anything else which he said no this will just do - she then just snatched the plate away saying I’ll just take this away from you!!!!! This was just utter rudeness as he was just going to eat it as he was bloody starving....but didn’t have a choice as 1 she had touched his food with her hands & 2 snatched the plate away!!!! Everything food wise was perfect apart from this very bad blunder and the slow service for drinks was bad - I don’t doubt for one minute that the staff dont work very hard but if ur tired & cant deal wiv the stress and can’t take a bit of criticism then don’t b rude to someone!!! Please note it wldnt stop me returning to your establishment as the food was lovely.

Been a few times for meals, including boxing day family meal which I really enjoyed however went for afternoon tea yesterday with my friend, very disappointed tbh, didn't feel the bread was very fresh, sandwich filling were scraped on, cake selection & scones very basic, however the waiter was lovely & quickly got the chef to make us another sandwich which was ok but just think to charge £32 for something so basic is not acceptable, I thought it would have had a wee bit of the wow factor but left disappointed
