Notice of payments taken @ the butterfly beauty room,
I operate a CASH only service however have allowed bank transfers on the day for customer convenience. I am however now finding myself several times a week chasing up lots of payments anything up-to 2 weeks after treatments have been done.
... This has been extremely stressful and upsetting over the summer as I have worked very long hours but not as many days with the same outgoings if not more with having my kids off school.
This is also creating me another job and putting me in uncomfortable situations having to constantly message for money that I am due having provided treatments.
I do not intend to cause offence to any individuals but this cannot continue I am relying on my income to pay my overheads, support my family and not offering a buy now pay later service.
Therefore I am reminding all clients I am a cash only service, I am still happy to receive bank transfer payments but these will - need to actioned before you leave the salon or - before you attend your appointment going forward if you do not have the facility to do in salon.
Failure to pay for treatments or having payments chased up will result in clients unable to return for any future bookings. Whilst I am very understanding of cash flow issues and willing to support where possible any non payment agreements need to be agreed in advance not after receiving treatments.
I sincerely hope I have not offended any particular clients as this is not my aim to but I cannot continue to have the shortfall in my daily income or the stress this is causing me weekly.

I have been having my lashes done by Nichola for 3 years, she always makes sure they are perfect & takes lots of time & care with them. She is a lovely girl & always does her best to fit you in for an appointment. Would highly recommend.

Always friendly, knowledgeable and fab at what she does! Never disappointed. Only thing is, Nicola needs a twin due to her being so good, you have to remember to book in advance as she's in demand. Although she does do her upmost to get you what you want
