🌟 Attention to all clients 🌟 In the last fortnight Paula, Alice and hairdressers lost 11 hours to either no shows or cancellations in less than 48 hours which as you can imagine in total that is a whole days work overall. And no one wants to go to work and not be paid this is the same for us even more so as sole traders if we don’t work we do not get paid and this is apps we could either offer to our ever growing waiting list or even go home and spend time with our families. ...In the previous months since opening we have asked for a 48 hour cancellation notice or a 40% charge will be put in place and no future appointments will be made until this is covered but we have been very lenient with this however we really hope you all understand this is difficult for us to put up as we appreciate each and everyone of you and thank you for all the support given to all of us at the salon in the last 9 months but this will be effective as of now across the board in each department of the salon.
