Dining pub located in the heart of Lochinver where the River Inver meets the sea.
The Caberfeidh, Lochinver Description
Welcoming dining pub serving light tapas-style bites, prepared to order using fresh local fish and shellfish, wild game, free-range meat and fresh vegetables. Larger meals also available.
Small plates and large plates menu on the blackboards inside, changing daily. Order one dish, or a selection of dishes to share at your table.
Sample draught real ales from the well stocked bar, or choose from a small but carefully selected wine list, available by the glass or bottle.
Enjoy a cup of fresh coffee or choose from a selection of teas.
Restaurant and beer garden with views over the river and sea loch towards to harbour.

The Bar will be open Wednesday to Saturday this week from 5pm, and Sunday afternoon.
The Caberfeidh bar will be open tonight from 5pm.
Winter opening hours - closed Mondays, open evenings Tues-Sat and from 12:30pm on Sundays.

Thursday 6th September, we will be closed during the day due to a private function.
Our bar will be open as usual from 5pm and the restaurant from 6pm.

After a wee break, Music Night returns to The Caberfeidh this evening! Come down and enjoy the music at 9:15pm
We are delighted to have a new beer on tap: Scotia Lager!
A crisp, hoppy, Pilsner-style beer from An Teallach Ale co., based in Dundonnell.
Come down and sample our latest addition to the bar! We also have in stock, a new selection of bottled beers from small-scale breweries around the Highlands.
A sure-sign that we have left winter behind, Music Night returns this evening! Come along for a tune and a drink with our great local musicians at 9:15pm! Bar open until 11:30pm

We were staying in the area in August and had an absolutely delicious lunch! We arrived at 2.15 and they finish serving lunch at 2.30! But the staff were great, no problem to them. Only wish we'd managed to fit in more meals before we left. The seafood was sooo fresh!

I had the slowed brased ox sheeck with red wie sause I loved every bite of it what a fantastic food they have here and very friendly staff

Friendly professional staff who gave us a warm welcome. Had a table with views out to the water, spectacular! Food very tasty, recommend the "small" plates to share. Entertainment followed which gave a great atmosphere, hope to be back again. Keep up the good work.
Food was fabulous, and I was with great company, so really couldn't have been any better.
Food choice is limited, but excellent. Good range of ales.

Excellent wee place, I was in here in the Summer Holidays for a pint and something to eat with my dad and the Haddock is just lovely, especially the pudding. 5 star.
During our groups short stay this past week, a few miles outside of Lochinver, we frequented The Caberfeidh from time to time. Food was excellent and the staff were friendly too. I would be happy to come back to this establishment again in the near future. Thank you for making us welcome. :-)
Daughter just moved into the area so took her here for lunch. People lovely and food amazing. Strongly recommend the pan fried scallops!
Best fish 'n' chips and a night of Northern lights
Amazing food, and very good and nice service in a very cozy pub!
Always look forward to a return visit. This place has never disappointed.... amazing food and a wonderful view to enjoy. The staff are so friendly!
A truly outstanding meal of fresh local produce - the crab cakes were incredible and staff were wonderful. Can't wait to come back!
Food is amazing, atmosphere is good crack, especially Thursday music night!
