The Change Navigators is a small team of experienced management consultants dedicated to facilitating culture change in organisations. The partners have a wide range of experience in organisation development and management development. The partners have developed an integrated approach to facilitating change within organisations by designing interventions that encourage sustainable behavioural change whilst delivering measurable performance outcomes at the individual, team and organisational levels. This approach creates a powerful link between business needs and individual learning and development. We have developed frameworks and processes that challenge current thinking, encourage a broadening of perceptions, and establish situations where people learn to work together in new ways. The Change Navigators' approach is to design frameworks that channel attention and energy into different types of work related activities in order to provide opportunities for people to perceive their roles, responsibilities and relationships in new ways. Whilst the change framework consists of a number of key elements, the focus and shape of the change intervention is determined by situational factors - it depends on the organisation's needs, and is developed within the context of the organisation's strategic goals. Our consultants have a proven track record of facilitating large scale and complex culture change by supporting a variety of different change programmes / projects in both Public and Private sector organisations.
